First class Greek food. Great beer garden

Delicious, large selection with sometimes more unusual dishes, cozy, rustic atmosphere and now during Corona also a delivery service that is on the ball. We have already ordered several times and within a maximum of 30 minutes the food was delivered at no extra charge :)

The food here is superb. We were several people and everyone loved their food. Good friendly service and a good price-performance ratio. Always my pleasure.

I have been to Lucullus very often since the early 1990s and every time I am impressed by the authentic, delicious and inexpensive food in Lukullus. It is often very crowded and yet the staff are friendly and uncomplicated.

Very good Greek restaurant with lots of outdoor seating. At first the restaurant does not give the impression that it is a Greek, but as soon as the menu arrives it becomes clear what this is about. Lucullus is the name of a Roman emperor who often hosted opulent celebrations with lots of food and wine, and here too the trend is a bit in that direction. The dishes are very large and, compared to other Greeks, there are relatively many vegetarian dishes. There is actually only salad as a side dish to the dishes, but in Greece the focus is always on meat, which is why the whole thing is half as game. In summer it is difficult to get a table despite the large number of seats, but with a little luck people come and go quickly and a free table can be found. All in all, a good Greek restaurant in a beautiful location.

Nice people. The food is solid. Quick service. Nice outside area in between the buildings. The kitchen stays open late.

The original Greek in Giesing. Simply authentic and good, great food, the family still cooks here themselves. Interior rustic but exactly as you would imagine it in Greece. Always worth a visit.

Awesome food. Staff could be better, and I think it's darker than it should, a little bit more of light would be great. We spend a few hours there, nice place, nice beer and as I said, awesome food. I order Moussaka and it's perfect amount, flavour... We order few meats and Lucullus Plate (different kinds of meats), the last one I think it should be for two people or one really really hungry, because it was so much.

A legendary institution in Munich, with good reason. Lucullus has a frequently changing daily and weekly special menu that offers food you normally don't get in your average Greek restaurant. Be adventurous here, it's worth it! Decor looks just like a real tavern, too!

Very tasty food and large portions. The service was a bit overwhelmed. Nice that the neighbors don't do terror if you sit outside for so long. Because you sit really well outside.

We waited for a bit, but the food was very tasty! Next time I’d follow my friend and order a huge plate of vegetarian dish!

Overall, the restaurant has completely declined: food 0815-Greek with dried up meat, rubber bread in the basket should be baked. The restaurant now looks both inside (dirty walls, window sills, benches much too narrow) and outside quite dirty and unhygienic as before, no "correct" receipt (tax office ??,?), only cash payment ... Especially under the circumstances, a no-go. In the meantime, you can absolutely no longer recommend the restaurant - a shame.

Arguably the best gyros in town. Or at least in the neighborhood, but you will not really care which is true due to being absolutely full of absolutely delicious grilled meat. Tip: it can be rather crowded, so consider table reservation.

The food is decent, although both my mate and I had severe heartburn that night. What's really unacceptable is that this venue in 2020 still doesn't accept credit cards or other digital payment. Not only this attitude is dodgy, but during a pandemic it's absolutely unhygienic either.

If you look for low quality cheap relatively bad seasoned food. This is your place... And they choose their own tip - bill is 16€ you give them 20 and they just keep all though you say 18€.

Very good food . Portions rather small for a Greek. (normal sized portions) Friendly and fun staff. Caution through the mask is ironically meant not immediately recognizable.

I’d be ok with zero stars as well but the environment, this cute yard with the grapevine ceiling is so cozy that is definitely entitled to this one star. The rest, I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with people’s taste buds. I wish you find out what proper Greek food tastes like, one day. Not to mention their definition of cleanliness: window cleaning spray instead of antiseptic/ sanitizer/ disinfectant.

One of the best Greek places in town. Great food, and great prices. I love the Pikilia starter (it's really bulky), the fish plate, and the greek yogurt with walnuts and honey, as a dessert.

One of the many Greek restaurants in Munich. It is one that I will not return to though. The food was ok but the service was horrible. The waiter wasn't paying attention at all what we were saying or even completely ignoring some of our orders, was rude and with unnecessary comments from his side about our choices. The location is not the best, about 10min walk from Ubahn and if you come by car you'll probably spend a decent amount of time looking for a parking spot, it would be ok if the place was good but that's not the case. The atmosphere is very simple, interior reminds of German/Austrian traditional style beer garden/restaurant. There are way better greek restaurants in Munich that have great atmosphere, amazing service and even better food.

Genuine Greek foods, well prepared sumptuous portions. On warm evenings they set tables outdoors in front of the shop on the side walk. Very popular with locals. Friendly people and very relaxed they calculate the bill on a piece of paper on the table.

I usually don't give one star to restaurants, but for this place, I had to because of a mid-aged guy who was serving us - seemingly the owner. 1) The way the man was treating one of the employees there was unbelievable. He was literally shouting at one of the waitresses several times by our table near the bar area, and the lady ended up crying; 2) We asked for bills and he comes with a pen and note, not a proper receipt (for a very predictable reason). Some of us doubt why all their drinks are almost double the prices they saw on the menu which was the case for me, too. I ask why. He cuts in and says "because you had big ones", when none of us never ordered big glasses on the first hand. Immediately, he changes his position and goes "ok ok kein problem, just pay the small one, yeah? Ciao, bye". From what six of us witnessed, the business as well as the man seemed to have serious ethical problems.

Authentic Greek restaurant in Munich. Both meat and fish are very good. You need to "water" all of it with Greek wine and ouzo!
